Job offer: Specialist Dermatologist

Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is seeking a dedicated Specialist Dermatologist to join their esteemed team. The Specialist will work under the supervision of a Consultant Dermatologist, providing expert care and treatment for a range of dermatological conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin disorders, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin infections.
• Work closely with the Consultant Dermatologist to develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies, patch tests, and dermoscopy.
• Administer and monitor non-surgical and surgical dermatological treatments, including laser therapy, cryotherapy, and minor skin procedures.
• Provide patient education on skin health, preventive measures, and available treatment options.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, documenting patient care and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology through continuous medical education and professional development.

WORKING CONDITION

• Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Rotating Shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night).
• Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.

EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.

Specialty Training: Must have completed specialty training in Dermatology, with certification from either Tier 2 or Tier 3 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.

Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for Tier 3 qualifications, and from 0 to 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications..

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Competitive salary range of SAR 40000 – 55,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
