Job offer: Financial Analyst

A private Facility Management company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team.

In this role, you will support financial planning, cost control, and reporting functions. It involves analyzing financial performance, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets for facility operations.
• Monitor budget utilization and report any variances to the Finance Manager.
• Analyse financial performance and prepare reports to guide management decisions.

Cost Control and Optimization:

• Track operational costs, including utilities, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
• Identify areas of cost inefficiency and suggest actionable improvements.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and update financial databases to ensure accurate and real-time information.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, including revenue, expense, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare consumption and transparency reports for stakeholders.

Revenue Management:

• Assist in managing revenue streams, including tenant payments for rent and utilities.
• Monitor overdue payments and work with the collections team to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Help implement strategies to improve collection rates and cash flow.

Compliance and Audit Support:

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with the accounting team to align financial records and transactions.
• Partner with facility management staff to align financial objectives with operational needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Analysis
