Worst Postal SErvice in the entire world
If there was a -100, i would have given it to rate Libanpost, they don't even deserve 1 star, this is the worst postal service a country can have, worst service ever, i've been dealing with international courier in USA and Italy for years and Libanpost is way far from being close to below average service. every time i want to ship a package i have to do the tour of Libanpost branches coz either the system is down, either they decided to close earlier, either they have no package boxes, either they have no internet...
not to mention that they raised their prices due to inflation to 900% more while the insurance is still at the old low rate which means if you are sending an item of $1000 value, it is covered for $10, this is the worst, most stupid service ever.
Employees are not knowledgeable, whatever you ask them, they don't have the answer, or each employee gives a totally different answer to the same question, extremely ignorant, unmotivated non-ambitious stuff.
Obviously the upper management is completely unqualified and their work is a total failure.
This company should be shut down and the government should get a good respectable company to serve the country.

Zoodmall Order
Very bad service, unprofessional delivery and staff.
The delivery worker came suddenly after a delay of months and I was not carrying the required amount and I told him why they did not send an SMS and then we decided and assured me that he will come next week and not the next day. He came the next day and I was not carrying the required amount because he assured me that he will come on Mondayand he told me that he will send it to ZoodMall and I cannot receive my order so I called the call center and tell them what happened and they tell me it will come on Monday.
He did not come on Monday, nor on Tuesday, so on Wednesday he came too late to work I was not there and told them he would not come again. They are so mean and unprofessional, the delivery man thought he was the owner.
They did not deserve a single star.

Company should be shut down
Honestly i have had numerous bad experiences with LibanPost they are so bad at their job they might even be worst than our government i wish we could shut down this whole company or replace it .Ktir hal Ad !!! They could take 2 months to deliver an item to your home and make up lame excuses .Just horrible . if i could give them -5 i would , 1 star is too much for them

Worst Postal Service Experience
This is the worst delivery service you can ever have.
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered since 18/01/2021
It has been almost 2 months just to deliver.
I have called dozen times and emailed them more than I remember
I am only 10 min away by car.
I went personally to the post office and they refused to give me my packages.
This is the worst experience of delivery.
In every county around the world everything may stop but postal service still work.

Zoodmall order
I think libanpost is big joke.... waiting for my zoodmall order after an sms delivery notice on the 13th of January..now it is 23rd of Feb and nothing....following up at their office..all that you hear "we are sorting orders....don't worry we will call you"....just like an answaring machine....if there is negative stars i will choose....

This company is the shitiest
They claim to send orders to your home and not find the addressee , although I am at home all the time :)

And once you contact them , they blame it on you.

Doesn’t deserve any star
Extremely slow service, very unprofessional, my packages were not delivered and it’s been 7 months since i applied for an inquiry about them and still no answer...procedure to send a package at their branches takes forever, a minimum of 45min wait time, visited 3 branches to send a package and after waiting for my turn for 40m, all scales in 3 branches were not working...couldn’t be any worse... the employees didn’t even bother telling me that the scale is not working to weigh my package seeing me waiting for 40m. What kind of cheap quality equipments do you supply your branches with??
I’ve been dealing with post office in Europe and USA and tryst me Wayyyyyyy to go for Libanpost to reach the international standards..
If i had another choice, I definitely wouldn’t be using their service!

LIBANPOST 5 to 7 days EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE A LIE !!!!
It's been 10 days since I sent a 3 page letter to U.S.A.. I finally went online and tracked the letter,last entry says it left beirut airport 8 days ago. So I called, I was told it has not even reached US territory, to wait, maybe another week!!!!
Hang on, 17 days for a supposedly 5 to 7 days service. furthermore a price of almost what DHL services cost.... what a rip off!!!

no star is better
Very bad service and delay in delivery. Everyday you check with them about the item delivery, you wait all day and nothing happened.
you call and call. By mistake i found out that they tried to deliver the product and they did 't find anyone home, maybe its true maybe it is not. it been a month they got my item and until now still didn't get it. the worth service ever.

The Worst
i’m writing this to vent about the extremely horrible service I’ve gotten from Liban Post because of a parcel I ordered from Asos.

The order arrived on September 19, and today on October 10, yes, almost a month after its arrival, i finally received it.

Why? Because chrome autofill accidentally filled my last name as “Mn” instead of “Mneimneh” on the Asos website, and that’s how the order was taken.

Note that this isn’t the first time I order from Asos, but it’s the first time it got to Liban Post instead of directly to my house, where there’s usually no problem at all.


When I got to Liban Post to pay my 60,000 LL custom fees + “handling services” (lol), I was informed that i can’t have my parcel due to the last name mix up. No big deal, right? I showed her my ID AND my order confirmation email AND i logged into Asos in front of her. She replied that she can’t help me and that I had to email customer service to see things through.

Which I did. I sent the Asos order email to the customer service department, again, only to be told that this isn’t the same email that has the tracking number. After 10 days of back and forth, I was finally able to go get my parcel.. only to be informed that I had to pay 10,000 extra because the package has been sitting there for a while. ummmm really? Who’s fault is that?

Liban Post is a joke. I would literally rather walk to London and pick up the order myself than have to deal with them again.

Very Bad and unprofessional service
I was waiting for my turn at spinneys Jbail during the evening shift at around 20:00 PM.
After half an hour waiting with my 4 years old son, a woman came across and took a place in the queue.
When my time arrived the woman said that it was her turn and that she told the employee that she I shopping inside and that she will come back. Well I Objected this as she left for shopping then she doesn't have any place in the queue.
The employee ingnored my objections, and when I asked that I want to complain she was on the phone with her boss she said I don't care go ahead and handed me the phone. Told her that I will complain to the headquarters and that didn't lift and eyebrow in her face.
Despite she took her time kicking with the lady and they even joined her in a joke when the lady asked her ignoring she has funeral papers because someone died while waiting for his turn tonight.
And the employee was just laughing.
She said do whatever you want I DON'T CARE. Saying the lady told her that she going to shop and come back and that she was before me that gives her the right to pass before. She didn't queue I didn't know you can lease a place in the queue at Liban post.
It is just unprofessional and repelling.

Yesterday i went to liban post at charcutier Aoun, dekwaneh to pay a parking ticket. The girl (Nicole Haddad) was serving two customers. I lined up behind them waiting for mu turn. When it was my turn, she decided to serve the guy who came after me. I asked het if they follow turns here then she said that she is looking for a paper for him wich was not true. She took her time with him and then she ignored me for about 10 minutes(she started stamping papers).
I usually do not care. I could have waited until the closing hours but I haf two elderly parents waiting in the heat in the car and they needed to go to bathroom.

Very very bad experience and service.

People should assume that there is no postal service in Lebanon. If you commit anything to this company, you should know that you are dealing with a corrupt outlet of a corrupt State. Don't believe any of their slogans or adverts. They have consistently failed to deliver letters and postcards to my address for several years. A simple operation for a postal service, go figure!

Very bad,when I track my item, it says that it reached the post,but when i call liban posts customer service, they tell me that the item hasn't reached Lebanon

Their Home service is really Bad! they do not respect people' time and they consider delay very normal!
I sent some papers with them, they assured me that they need a maximum of 10 days but then they took 15 days i kept calling their customer service in vain! then after 15 days they told me that my papers are lost. Now i am late for my passport and visa!! i will need 10 more days to prepare my files again!

what is even worst is that they caused me this big problem and yet they did not refund all the fees!
This service is supposed to be for people with tight schedules, but it turned out to be a very bad service, very bad follow up and really bad customer service! this is my personal experience. I do not recommend it!
