The Worst
i’m writing this to vent about the extremely horrible service I’ve gotten from Liban Post because of a parcel I ordered from Asos.

The order arrived on September 19, and today on October 10, yes, almost a month after its arrival, i finally received it.

Why? Because chrome autofill accidentally filled my last name as “Mn” instead of “Mneimneh” on the Asos website, and that’s how the order was taken.

Note that this isn’t the first time I order from Asos, but it’s the first time it got to Liban Post instead of directly to my house, where there’s usually no problem at all.


When I got to Liban Post to pay my 60,000 LL custom fees + “handling services” (lol), I was informed that i can’t have my parcel due to the last name mix up. No big deal, right? I showed her my ID AND my order confirmation email AND i logged into Asos in front of her. She replied that she can’t help me and that I had to email customer service to see things through.

Which I did. I sent the Asos order email to the customer service department, again, only to be told that this isn’t the same email that has the tracking number. After 10 days of back and forth, I was finally able to go get my parcel.. only to be informed that I had to pay 10,000 extra because the package has been sitting there for a while. ummmm really? Who’s fault is that?

Liban Post is a joke. I would literally rather walk to London and pick up the order myself than have to deal with them again.
