Job Description:
– Receive and handle incoming calls according to the company’s customer handling guidelines
– Provide Claims and Road Assistance
– Review and assess medical and travel cases as per predefined criteria: policy coverage, medical indication, ICD codes, etc.
– Perform feedback calls and submit relevant report
– Communicate verbally and in writing with clients and partners in a professional manner according to the company’s internal regulations and customer handling guidelines
Requirements:
– Minimum BA/BS from a reputable university
– Excellent command of the English language
– Good command of the French language
– Previous experience in a call center setting is preferable
– Excellent communication skills
– Empathetic and a good listener
– Problem solving oriented
– Ability to cover a rotational shift that includes overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Rotational schedule that includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Salary starting LBP 1,500,000 + Transportation + NSSF + Insurance.
