Responsibilities:
- Assists the Manager as per instructions.
- Handles the Petty cash fund.
- Takes charge of the internal and external correspondence and communication then sends them to the Sales team
- Welcomes visitors and ensures their requirements are quickly met.
- Ensure all customer calls are addressed promptly
- Record customer feedback and report insights to management
- Ensure all accessories displayed are properly managed
- Maintain daily contact and follow up with customers
- Attend internal and sales meetings, taking notes as necessary
- Organize travel plans for visitors and oversee employees’ yearly training schedules and travel requests
- Manage collections from clients when necessary
