Job vacancy Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A leading company in the modular oil and gas design, engineering, and fabrication industry, seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and capital management. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth in a dynamic industry.

Key Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize capital structure, manage cash flow, and oversee treasury functions.
• Track record of evaluating investment opportunities and managing capital allocation.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring finance teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or modular engineering and fabrication is a plus.

Requirement:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles, including experience as a CFO or equivalent, preferably in the oil and gas sector.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
