An authentic Lebanese Restaurant located in Bikfaya is looking for a Waiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting the menu
- Take accurate food and drink orders, offering suggestions as needed
- Serve food and beverages efficiently to 3-4 assigned tables
- Ensure timely follow-up on guest needs, refilling drinks and addressing requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, clearing plates when appropriate
- Handle billing and payments accurately
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and speed
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Certifications in hospitality management
- 1-5 years of experience in waitressing or a similar role
- experience with customer service in hospitality settings
