A well-known Food Manufacturing Company located in North Lebanon is looking for a Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Production Cycle : Oversee all stages of the production process, from raw material intake to final packaging, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets.
- Optimize Processes : Analyze current production methods to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Implement Automation : Evaluate and integrate new technologies and automated systems to enhance production efficiency and consistency.
- Establish Policies : Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with Departments : Work closely with heads of production, quality assurance, packaging, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across all stages of production.
- Ensure Compliance : Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment and ensure product quality.
- Manage Resources : Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to meet production demands while controlling costs.
- Monitor Performance : Track production metrics and KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot Issues : Quickly identify and resolve production challenges to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or Food production
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
