Reviews of Abed Tahan - Beirut

I bought appliances from abed Tahan , and their was big problems with them.
Even though they send thier service people, they never fixed the problems or even exhange the product.
They kept calling and asking about the problem again and again as if they have no idea of what is going on , even though they have the problems on file.
They are dishonest people ,and their service sucks .
I won't step foot in their store again.
They have a deceiving customer service where they pretend to have a good one but in reality it is the worst i have ever seen it in my life

Two days ago we bought a laptop in Zouk Mikael branch of Abed Tahan not in small price. While we paid in 3 floor, man from 2 floor closed the box very well, gave us it in cash box and we didn't check what is inside it, because we trust and we bought many things from this shop before.
When we return home - we didn't find the bag for laptop. So we called to shop and they told us (not kindly) that usually big shops don't give the bag for laptop, only small shop. We bought laptops from Khoury home, from LTEIF. I don't think so that Abed Tahan is more big shop than another to not give the bag for laptop.
So from now I will never go to this shop and I will advice for all my friends to not visit this shop.
