Review of Home Care Lebanon

Worse than Terrible so should be less than 1 star.
We called Home Care Lebanon at 1pm to arrange for somebody to be available for tonight at 7pm and were told that the person would call us to get the exact address.
We called at 6.15pm to see what was happening as nobody had called and were told that the person who was supposed to come was too tired so wouldn't be coming.
Do they only have one person working for the company so nobody else was available?
Why did it have to wait until we called them at 6.15pm to learn that there was nobody coming at 7pm?
Definitely DO NOT contact Home Care Lebanon if you want reliable service - they are a farce!
