Review of Pablosky

hello, i have decided to write this review after i have been mistreated by the pablosky shop manager in le mall, sin el fil. last summer , i decided to give myself and my six year old daughter a special treat by buying two identical pablosky sandals for me and her, and mind you, they were not cheap at all. after wearing them a few times during that summer we both experienced a manufacture defect in the same place of both pairs. the leather strip that holds the big toe started splitting, and it would have totally got broken if me my little one had worn it a bit more.so , i decided to refer to pablosky, le mall,sin el fil, where i had bought them. and over there i was totally shocked by the shop manager's approach as he was first very busy checking out something on his mobile. later when he decided to listen to my story, he gave me a very stern and mean look, and while looking with disgust,he said that there's nothing that could be done because they were worn , and that he will try sending them to the headquarter. i returned to pick them up hoping that i will be treated respectfully, but the manager gave them back with the same meanness explaining with lack of care that they couldn't do anything. i was totally shocked ,as i have expected a minimum word of apology and because i had expected pablosky to be such a worthy brand that would at least last for one season. i will be very frank by telling you that as a customer i will never visit pablosky stores anymore.thank you for taking my review into consideration, and i hope to hear any respond very soon.
