Review Unprofessional service

Very unprofessional service, called to ask info about what time they close on Saturday and what papers are needed to pay the US visa, the answer was no parrs needed and we close at 1pm i arrived at 12:20 they refused first to open the door then accepted, then asked me for the papers i brought, when I mentioned what the operator said, they said this is not true, as if i was lying... unprofessional service
