Review bad quality, don't buy

Bought an AC/Heater which did not heat in winter nor cool in summer, and every time they send the technician (after 3-4 calls) he does nothing at all and then charge service fees, appliance still not working although newly bought couple of months ago, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
