Review of Siwan (al)

One of the worst restaurants in Lebanon. Food is cold and cooked 2-4 times. Extremely dirty bathrooms. Sound amplifiers were scrambled and noisy. Late food; very poor customer service and gross.
Even worse, they used plastic bottles, plastic boxes and cardboard boxes to feed the chimney!!!! Finally they charged us $40 per person with no bill!!! I will definitely report them to Ministry of Economy/ Consumer Protection office.
