Question for Mind Space Sarl

Hello

Would please like to print a logo on a plastic sign to hang on the door of our company. Would please like to know :

1/ What are the different sizes you offer and the according fees. The logo is black and needs to be printed on a white background. A glossy / patent finish would be preferred.
2/ How much in advance do we need to order ?
3/ Can we send the logo by email pdf/eps format ?
