Question for Real Estate Lebanon

If I have two houses in Lebanon and want to consolidate by selling both and buying a new one, what is the easiest process? I need the money I will make from their sale to buy a new one and wondering if I have to wait to sell both first or is there an faster way to do it? Thank you!
