An IT Service & IT Consulting located in Beirut – Lebanon is looking for an experienced UI / UX Designer to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Develop personas, user stories, and usage scenarios to inform design decisions and enhance user understanding.
– Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
– Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications to guide the development process.
– Design UI mock-ups and prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch, ensuring clarity and usability.
– Present design concepts and rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
– Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, such as responsiveness and accessibility, through thorough testing and iteration.
– Conduct concept testing, usability testing, and user research to gather valuable insights and refine design solutions.
– Analyse user feedback and behaviour to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.
– Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
– Proven 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
– Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as UXPin, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or Figma.
– Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
– Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
– Familiarity with digital/interaction design principles and information architecture.
– Experience working in Agile methodology, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
– Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines.
– Fluent in English & Arabic
