Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic logistics and distribution plans to ensure optimal delivery performance and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee export logistics, ensuring compliance with international regulations and managing relationships with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Schedule deliveries to align with warehouse capacities and inventory levels.
• Implement technologies to enhance warehouse operations and vehicle loading efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading and unloading of goods.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes for timely and efficient product distribution.
• Overseeing all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, compliance, and performance.
• Serving as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations.

Education and Requirements

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, transportation management, or a related field is commonly required.
• Certifications and trainings  in fleet management are a plus
• Proven years of experience in Fleet Management or a similar role.
• Background in FMCG/Retail is a plus
