Gitani Travel Co - Lebanon

My mom booked via this agency, no it does not have great prices, it was NOT cheaper than expedia, where I usually book, but because she wanted to book there and I said fine, thinking they will take better care of her considering they have some acquaintance. Travelling from Lebanon to chicago was fine. But on the day she was leaving chicago to Lebanon, this agency decided to tell her 5 hrs before her flight that the layover in dubai is no longer 2 hrs but 12hrs!! Wtf? Who does that? What respected travel agency does that? And after many calls with emirates, they told us that this change has been done a month ago, and the agency was informed!!! If we knew 48 hrs before we could have at least done a visa for 10dollars and booked a hotel for my mom tk stay in. My mom has health problems, my mom needs to rest after a 13 hour flight, and now she is stuck in a 12 hour layover! No words can describe how awful this is.
Never will we EVER use this agency again.
