The Kabab-ji notion developed from the vision of one man, following his education in the hospitality field and observations of opportunities for developing a unique foodservice model. This man is Toufic Khoueiri; the concept is Quick Service Restaurant. And the first Kabab-ji opened in Jounieh, north of Beirut in 1993
