Saudi Lebanese for Top Tourist - Beirut, Lebanon

Saudi Lebanese for "top tourist" SUCKS! We've been customers for quite a while now. I have absolutely no idea why. Every single time we had a problem and we fixed it our selves while touring Lebanon. When we tried contacting them, the owner would never be around somehow and the workers didn't know how to help us saying they're waiting for the owner. Our last experience the tire blew up in the middle of the highway about an hour away from Beirut (their office). We had to wait in the sun and heat for over 7 hours for them to check back on us. After waiting for so long the owner said he'd give us a better car. When we were done with the car he wanted us to pay a $300 fee for a damn tire that blew up because he gave us it in terrible shape and an extra fee for the car he ended up giving us.
Moral of the story, do some research and go around asking for other car rentals but do not go and waste your money for this cheap fuck that charges way more than supposed to.
