Aigo Rent a Car - Beirut, Lebanon

Worst service ever! The car was in very bad shape to begin with; mechanically and the body too... I had no choice since the company I work for had already paid for it. It was completely unsafe to drive and AIGO wouldn't change it in an entire month's time! And to top it all, they totally ripped me off with the deposit and additional money even saying the car has been marked with a key from start to finish and the damages are charged per auto part (5 or 6 parts I don't even remember)... I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental service! Certainly don't recommend it to anyone! Oh and if you ever step into their office, you wouldn't leave before an hr even on the first day! It's infuriating!
