Therefore, getting the recruitment procedure right is critical, and matching the person to the role is a skill. At Career Design, our client base is broad and reaches across to various fields in the business community.
Career Design takes a personalized approach toward its clients and candidates by working with a select number of clients in each market on a principally exclusive supplier basis. This guarantees that we understand our clients in terms of their culture, business methods and requirements. This gives Career Design a proactive and specifically targeted approach when sourcing for candidates, and we ensure that we only recruit the ‘best’ and not just the ‘best available’, which is a very important distinction.
In its most simplistic description, Career Design receives recruitment instructions from its clients, which are based on the client’s requirements, and sets out by searching its extensive database for the most suitable candidates.
Once this phase is completed, Career Design consultants schedule face-to-face interviews with the most promising candidates, and upon review, select the best candidates it deems suitable to meet the client’s requirements. The candidates are then further evaluated on their assessment form answers and IQ results, as well as their educational background, work experience and character analysis. After these in-depth procedures have been completed, a candidate shortlist and an all-inclusive report are presented to the client.
The client then decides whom, where and when final interviews with the selected candidates should take place. During the client-candidate interviewing procedure, Career Design personnel are on hand to give objective opinions to aid the client in reaching an informed choice. This assistance particularly applies to senior appointments.
Once the client has made the decision to hire the services of a qualified candidate, Career Design also extends its services to include the formation of an offer, choosing a formal start date and further negotiations if necessary to ensure that both client and candidate are satisfied with salary and benefits.
This service is free of charge to candidates and successful applicants will not be billed for services rendered.
