The overall planning, co-ordination and control of a project from its inception to required timely completion, and meeting the quality standards within estimated costs, is the primary interest of the owner. This, in essence, is the Professional Construction Management on behalf of the owner, and not merely Management of the Construction phase.

WHAT WE DO

Determine the adequacy of the Trade Contractors' personnel and equipment and the availability of materials and of supplies to meet the schedule. Recommend courses of action to the Owner when requirements of a Trade Contract are not being met.
