A yoga class combines the elements of mindful exercise with conscious breathing and profound relaxation. Each class starts with pranayama (breathing techniques) to increase the energy and uplift the spirit, followed by a gentle flow of yoga asanas (postures) that warm up and rejuvenate the whole body and clears the mind. The class ends with a 10-15 minute savasana (deep relaxation) that ensures you leave with a peaceful happy spirit.
