I'd requested pants and it was nit in good condition. They asked me to wait for 15 min. I've waited for 30 min and the pants received from store was of anothe4 type. When I'd asked, they started to do phone calls and asked me to wait more. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Zara verdun is the worst branch.I literally called more than 20 times no one answers the phone. the staff is rude and claimed to have ordered for me a jeans but they didnt. Ive never seen a more disrespectful staff in my life

Good morning I want to ask u if I can take stock from your company

Is there any quality control on the slim fit clothes for men? in the 3 shirts I bought and took with me while traveling I found many defects such as: loss of buttons, wrong knitting, missed stiches,... and I had to bring them to a tailor to correct those issues.
its not the first time, in fact the third indicating poor or absence of quality control on end product.
I recommend you start doing something about it
