Disastrous. Dirty. You can smell the drugs being used by the inhabitants just by walking in a corridor or down/up the stairs. Money hungry manager who is as pointless as a broken pencil. College kids love her for the fact that the place is as good as a brothel but with very high prices. Stay away from this place.

Lies. Fake advertisements. Staff will try to lure you in with lies. They are very money hungry. They keep saying we are renovating or have renovated (lies). Stay away as its not worth the trouble.

Stayed there for 1 month, May-June 2014, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. When I first came to see the place, I quickly noticed that the facilities was not satisfying at all, but as there was a pool (empty) on the roof, and after being ensured that the facilities would be improved within a week (ensured a week before we moved in) I and my girlfriend decided to move in.
The pool on the roof, half filled with green stinking water was never fixed and filled though the employees kept ensuring it would within days. The same went with our room, with a water leakage from the roof in the living room, widespread mold in the bathroom and piles of garbage outside our room on the roof. Notifying them everyday, getting the same answer: inshallah, in 2 days..
The service was lousy, partly because the employees, who was there shortly 5 days a week, did not speak english, but mostly due to their incompetence and a complete lack of service mindedness. They failed to inform us that the maids had quit their jobs, leaving us without the service for days, a service I expect when paying such an amount (1450$) a month, and did not compensate us for the fact that the washing machine, from the 1950's, was broken half the time we lived there forcing me to use dry cleaners or simply washing my laundry in our sink or shower. When filing complaints about these things I was just as usual calmed with "we will fix it" or a simple "sorry". When I asked to speak to the manager I was rejected, probably because that may have jeopardized their jobs.
My advice: Do not move in there! If you consider it from abroad and just see their gloomy sals pics: its a trap! It really looks like shit. If you're already in Beirut, find someplace else! Even with a filled pool its not worth it! There are much better places charging approximately the same (place right across the street for example).

Questions & Answers
I am interested in Ein Mraisseh furnished apartments and would like to inquire how much would be the rate for one bedroom and saloon apartment for two months June and July 2016 - and whether you have special UN rate ?
