I greatly appreciate the fact that even though I paid you for a full month for a kitten I rescued, in addition to the price of her food which I found at a lower cost on the Internet, you urged me to take the kitten back after 5 days. Having no other option but to try to save the life of the kitten, your blackmailing left me with no other option but to take her back. You will never see me at your store again, nor will I refer any person I know to you. I owe you a refund, as you unilaterally rescinded the agreement unfairly and through intimidation. I will never ever pay in advance for folks who probably know in advance what their true intentions are. Shame on you
