Review of National Car Rental

Worst experience ever with a rental! I am executive member of National and after tonight need to rethink that. I arrived at the pick up curb in LAX at 9 pm and proceeded to stand there for 42 minutes watching every rental bus come by multiple times. How disappointing! I will definitely not use National on my next return to Los Angeles. If you don't want to wait Avis is the one I will try. It was unbelievable how many busses they had. It should not take an hour (now on bus at 9:55) to get to the station.
