Review of Duplex Line

Big disappointment about non working Smalvic oven from Duplex Line Lebanon that cost me as a "special" price $3,000 (Yes!).
I addressed the company with no result! Duplex Line technicians said: "Turn the mould in the oven every 10 minutes, so it will be cooked from all sides" and: "there is a flame, so technically it is working" but confessed that the Asparagus tart that stayed 2 hours in the oven is still uncooked.
A piece of meat filet of 2.5 kg stayed in the oven for 3 hours at 260 degrees, remained completely raw. (Photo of the filet "cooked" attached to this review).
The After Sale service Department is not professional.
A NON COOKING oven is not an oven. I kindly ask for a good functioning oven as it is branded Smalvic.
After contacting the company several times, they do not answer anymore or do not come at all.
As a resume, today 6 months later I still have a Smalvic non working oven and Duplex Line did not do anything about it.
