Review of Etihad Airways

I have went to this airline for first time. The experience was terrible. I was going permanently to India and they even allow me to take 24 kg of luggage. For even 1 kg they charged. The person named John and his colleague. Yuelka behaved wrist. They charged all our bags which is 24. I have been in quater airline ,BA. But this experience was terrible. I will never ever suggest this airline to anyone. Pls don't buy ticket in this airline. They will make u to pay for everything . They will not attend the customer service call if u try to
book the extra luggage.
