Review of Disney Store (the)

I have shopped at disneystore for years and since the whole Frozen Frenzy came about, their customer service representatives, packagers, and merchandise inspecters DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS AS EXPECTED. I received damaged merchandise, had to return so many items in the past two months! Their customer service do not know what they are doing! Half assed comments to "help" your concern and all they say is "that doesn't meet our expectations, email or call us" or my favorite response, "thanks for contacting us, have a magical day." BUT DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM WHATS SO EVER!
And to top it off, their retail store employees say that damaged goods are becoming more and more frequent and have to sell them regardless of appearance. Umm, escuse me? I grew up with Disney's quality and satisfaction, only for them to jack prices for POS merchandise. If I wanted crap, I'd buy from Walmart!
