Review of Luxury Day Spa

I was a regular at this spa but recently this woman Nayla who answers the phone to take the appointments is being so rude to customers over the phone. She was never a smiling welcoming face anyway once you arrive to the spa but now it is extremely unprofessional how she couldn't care less if the customer books with them or not. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
