Review of Gharakia Chaccour Restaurant

I have been to this place 5 times ( over the past 3 years); it was good at the begining, but the last 2 times were terrible! Service is bad when the restaurant is full and when almost empty, so no excuse! Food is less than average, and I do not recommend anyone going there.
