Worst Experience
It was my worst dine-in experience in Beirut. I do NOT recommend it AT ALL.
It started with the reservation process where we have been told that it was an "a la carte" restaurant. The service was horrible, too slow. We ordered Kafta (meat) and Cheese Saj, we got the raw kafta, we tried to complain to the manager and there was no manager. No one listened till the second complain. Then we ordered a Chicken Avocado Sandwich which did not even reach our table though we reminded the waiter around 5 times about it and then after more than an hour, we asked him if he had canceled it or if the ordered is still going, he proudly said that he already cancelled it with a "walaw" following it. This same Chicken Avocado Sandwich was added to the bill and when we asked about it, we were shocked by their response stating that it doesn't matter since there is a minimum charge of 350,000 LBP per person which we were never notified about and that what we ordered was around 250,000 LBP for 2 people. Without forgetting that the waiters took forever to respond to any thing we wanted to order and that the Shisha guy kept on leaning above us and above our hairs with the charcoal to adjust the table next to us. That was my worst experience in Beirut, I'm definitely never going back and I definitely do Not recomment it.
