Very bad customer service
I received a defected case as a gift and I approached zalfa branch to exchange it. The lady there tried many times to insinuate that I broke it while the vase was not broken but rather split into 2 pieces without any broken piece. Today she called me to confirm this and when I was arguing she told me you remind me of one singer blablabla. Bad approach and unacceptable familiarity with absence of respect.
I will never buy again from this brand and this shop as they don't value their customers.
Also,she told me it is ok if we loose one customer among millions.
Does Villeroy & Boch teach their employee about customer retention etc..
Very disappointing approach and very bad quality of vase.
