Review Very bad

Since no one answered my call i wanted you to know that the delivery guy passed by to give us our package and we weren’t home , we didn’t actually knew when or at what time our package will be delivered not a message nor a call, we called him and asked him gently to put the package at our neighbors he got angry and left and told us that maybe next time but we really need it before this Tuesday it is urgent it is our first time that we work with your company and we already got this bad impression we were really excited for getting our package until today maybe if you try and make it for us our point of view will change and thank you!
