Review Bad Customer service

They don't answer at all at any number. My Brother had an issue at the airport overnight shift, knowing that all his papers are perfectly done. The duty manager made him wait for an hour and 30 minutes without telling him a valid and convinced reason why he will not let him at the flight. And he left his desk leaving my brother chocked. When we tried to call them, they didn't answer. Even i tried to call to turkey. This service is so bad.
