Review Absolute disaster

My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. First, I received my shipment from Beirut to New York 3 months delayed - which was partially influenced by Covid, but I was not warned. More, once arrived, I was asked to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead of the initially agreed 5000, I ended up paying 7500$. And I had no chance to reject the payment, because the contact person Dany Nicolaus and company in Lebanon ghosted me, once the shipment was handed over to the partnering US company. Most of my furniture were damaged (see example photos), and some completely broke. My heart broke seeing this mess. Until today, I am not able to get hold of anyone. DO NOT OPERATE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
