Review Fully damaged hair

Burnt all my hair - fully damaged.
First, I asked to have balayage and the guy decided by himself to do ombré. I ask for honey blond and I got Ice, but doesn’t end here. All he cared about was to film and take pictures for his IG account, pulling my hair here and there and barely listening to what I said. After a first attempt to get a colour close to what I have asked I became ‘BABY BLONDE’. I express my disappointment while the guy just didn’t care and left. All this: 4 hours in the salon and ******** LBP.
I manage to get another appointment the week after to fix my hair (of course for free). Two different hairdresser tried. One got me dark then pink riflex. The second finally got me to a colour closer to my natural (ash blond). Total count: other 4 hours.
I am totally disappointed - my hair is completely damaged and this is irreparable . I absolutely do not recommend this place.
