Review Mothercare Lebanon banned EXCHANGE without informing their customer while buying

Yesterday I bought for my kid clothes, and they were small... I went back today to get the bigger size and at the door the employee told me no exchange is allowed... This thing also happened with other customers who were very upset and confused because they have no idea what to do with the clothes they bought that they don't fit their children...

They should have told us before we bought the clothes that exchange is not allowed and not the next day when we want to exchange we discover that...

I was really disappointed because I didn't expect such an unprofessional decision from a company suppose to be international... And it is unacceptable especially in these days were we have economical difficulties in the country...

Instead of being lenient with the people around them, infact they weren't...

By the way this decision was only taken by mothercare because exchange is not banned on other stores like mamas and papas and original marines...

For me and the customers at the store we don't think we will buy ever again from mothercare unfortunately...
