HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE TEAM'S BEHAVIOUR
I ordered lenses 3 weeks ago to United states, the customs stopped the process because NADA FADEL LENSES didn't comply to their FDA standards. I requested full refund (USD 60) And they sent me an email saying since they have to pay DHL express they can refund only USD 27. WHATTT??? REALLY? SINCE WHEN DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COMPANIES LOUSY STANDARDS OF NOT FOLLOWING FDA? WHAT SORT OF "REPUTED COMPANY" IS THIS? SINCE WHEN DO CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THE CONTACTS THEY NEVER GOT?
AFTER GAZILLION EMAILS TO NADA FADEL AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, ALL I GET TO HEAR IS THIS?
