Review Bad service

I have rented a care from them.
First when I contacted them we agreed on something and i paid half of the cost. upon recieving the car they changed the deal and when we asked why they said take it or leave it and I couldn’t do anything because they already have half of the money so they don’t care.
second they gave us a bad car when the window is open the door does not open.
third after all they have done when I returned the car to their office the secretary shouted in my face because I didn’t wash the care.
