I am a regular customer of Oysho. For the first time I had to partially return my online order and it has been a nightmare to get my money back as since August I am waiting for the refund. Very unprofessional service from Oysho. After many emails and phone calls to their call center I still don't receive my money. It is a very bad service and not at all trustworthy.
