Neither skin care or customer service worth the money they charge. Ineffective treatment after three sessions and follow up. During last session, I got burned, charred actually, (see pictures below) and customer service in self protective mode. Go only if you have money to throw away.

At our clinic, we have the newest machines, with regular maintenance. And we are proud of our customer services.
As per your request, we decided to increase the laser intensity to see quicker results. However, we clarified that we're going to TEST it on a small zone, to make sure it is safe to perform it on the rest of your body/wanted zone. We also notified you about the possible risks. That if the intensity was inadequate for your skin, it may leave a small scar that will fade away eventually. For that specific reason, we called it a TEST, that was done on a limited zone, with your approval of course.
Your skin reacted to the test, few days after, with a small scare that was predicted to fade away. You wrote to us. The test proved us that we can't raise the laser intensity.
Following your email, we proposed a dermatologist consultation for free as to follow up on your laser burn and make sure you get the best treatment. You rejected our offer. At this point our aim was to help you. You refused.
A burn/a scar takes about 3 weeks to fade away, if treated well. You refused our help you treat it. You plan to "talk to others". We hope that you'll make it known that we have the services, indeed the most efficient machines; and the most reactive customer service, that follows up with their patients.
