Review of Khoury Home

The minute Khoury has your money in their hands, GOOD LUCK. If the product does not work (as in my case) they will do as little as possible for you. I bought an expensive appliance from Khoury and it DID NOT WORK the moment I took it home. I spent an hour at the store having them tell me I must have done something wrong. They finally agreed to send it to the factory. After one and a half months of not hearing from them, I went to the store and they had my appliance in the basement all along--which appeared to never had been sent to the factory at all!! I offered to operate my appliance right there to show them it didn't work and they refused. They said the factory couldn't find anything wrong with it, but they couldn't show me any paperwork, and they refused to give me a refund. I told them time and time again that the product does not work in my home and they would not believe me. I finally spoke with some manager who said he would call me the next day and instead took four days to call me back and say my appliance is back at the factory. I have spent thousands of dollars at Khoury Home, and now am treated like garbage by their staff because they don't want to take responsibility for selling a product that does not work. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
