Review of Charlie Taxi

Charlie taxi used to be good but sadly as their business is expanding it has become weaker and weaker. This is coming from a loyal customer who was treated in a very bad way by the drivers for two years but as I got familiar with the country I stopped using Charlie. The last incident made me fed up of how crappy their drivers treat the customers and how much mistakes they make due to the time of the order and when you try to correct they become so rude to you. I call usually to complain but then no manager or anyone answering calls takes the complains seriously. I was left two hours and half waiting for my taxi to come and when he finally arrived he took other people instead of me and when I called and begged and pleaded and explained that I have been waiting for two hours and a half his response was I can't do anything to you. I called the office to complain but as I said before they did not take it seriously. Never again am I going to collaborate with them and I'm very sad that I wasted two years of my life with such a poor company. IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT USE CHARLIE TAXI. Besides that their Taxis are very dirty and drivers smoke , eat , and use phones while driving. I WOULD RATE THEM 0 if not less.
