Review of Bebe

i am really sorry because i will share my negative experience unfortunately , i was late for an exchange 14 days instead of 7 days , i had no formal invoice because the system was not working that day so i had a written invoice and it is not mentioned 7 days exchange on it , i wanted to exchange dress but the people did not accept because i exceeded the period knowing that the dress is in perfect condition , the invoice and the tag are also available but for some reason the sales people did not take into consideration so i dont think that you care about customer satisfation and word of mouth and other marketing issues well for a stupid date with excellent condition goods you made one new user disatisfied so how would i buy from your store again ? anyways my first time i bought 2 dresses for 300 $ and i know that i am a shopaholic girl so i am sad because iam disappointed from your service knowing that it is my fault but you are the only one that have seven days exchange really i don't care about the dress it is only 100$ i care about my VETO towards BEBE.
