Review of Charlie Taxi

Saturday my son took a taxi from Jnah to Airport Main Road and the driver took from him 15,000 L.L and then he got a message that he was supposed to pay 10,000L.L . We have called 3 times and you told us that you will give us back the 5,000 but you never did and you never apologized for your mistake. As a conclusion we will never use your services again and we will tell all the people we know about your horrible service and your carelessness. You are worldwide company and we will send this email to the main company outside Lebanon so that they know about the way you are working in Lebanon and how you are putting the Charlie Taxi name down
